Next is Saint Croix, Jon Bowen’s Carignan.  McEnroe or Borg?  You choose.  Both at the top of their game.

Back to Wilfried for his white, Mustango, a blend of Grenache Blanc & Gris. Strong minerality, tangy freshness, a hit of citrus. We love sipping away slowly with cheese, especially goats; or fishcakes with anything.
