Born to be Wine is a star from Mouton Noir's Cedric.  Deep dark red, abundance of damsons & plums balanced by a woody, damp forest floor earthiness.  Both fabulous with a burger. 

Trois Cent Vingt is from Domaine Pion's young rock star Romain. A characterful white full of pears and aromas of roasted nuts. Try it with Roast Pork or milk chocolate.  I kid you not.
