'Pour Boire  - to drink - is a medium-bodied red wine full of natural freshness. The Carignan & Grenache Noir blend (80/20) is vibrant with blackcurrant & plum fruits and a gravel minerality to cleanse the mouth. This is a spontaneously made natural wine.  Delicious with Tuesday cheese on toast.  Sometimes, if we’re feeling fancy, tortas de narranja (that orange Spanish biscuit!) and a slab of Ossau Iraty cheese.  ABV: 13.5%
