 Flavour pairing: This ethereal light beauty whispers for a roasted fish or chicken.                                                                                                                               If Tom had a signature red wine, it might be this, the original Domaine wine.  Intense old old Carignan vines, grown on marle soil, he handles these twisted vines with great care.  The fruit is exquisite: crunchy blueberries, sweet raspberries, balanced by an earthy minerality.  Fresh, flavoursome, and moreish.  ABV: 11%.
