For something a tad different, chill a bottle of Le Cartel’s Grenache Noir. This is Pinot Noir’s close cousin grape. It’s light with zingy cherry fruits and a delicious floral balance. Perfectly refreshing with Salmon’s natural oily texture. Why Le Cartel? Well co-founder Jean-Remi is a deadringer for Pablo Escobar, he enjoys a better sense of humour, however. ABV: 12.5%.
