For something a tad different, chill a bottle of Le Cartel’s Grenache Noir. This is Pinot Noir’s cousin grape. It’s light with zingy cherry fruits and delicious floral balance. Perfectly refreshing with Salmon’s natural oily texture. Why Le Cartel? Well co-founder Jean-Remi is a deadringer for Pablo Escobar, he enjoys a better sense of humour, however. ABV: 12.5%.
