This is a firm fine wine. Black cherry and raspberry fruit mingle with exotic spices and leather.

The flagship wine from Collioure’s top new-wave winemaker.  Here’s a lesson in craftsmanship surrendering character: their oldest vines, at highest altitude, with lowest yield, sorted rigorously.  Vinified separately.  Fruit character.  The grapes are destemmed, handsorted, cold soak, macerated for 3-5 weeks with pumpover and punchdown. Then 12 months in oak barrel.  Blended by precious vignerons.  Flavour character.  A hearty glass with contemplative layers of depth.  ABV: 14.5%.
