Flavour pairing: Silky freshness to accompany any crustacea or fish

The almost pink tinge of D&G comes from a blend of indigenous grapes.  Old vines, grown at altitude exude a minerality that’s spot on with oily fish or grilled catch-of-the-day. We also loved it with a salmon sashimi poke bowl, and a katsu curry. It works really well with a little spice ABV: 12%.
