Lovely bright yellow, oodles of pear & gooseberry, with a silky-smooth mouthfeel balanced by seaside salinity.  Few herbs too. Imagine your favourite chardonnay with a tad of acidity.  Really delicious glass of wine. Doesn’t need food. But boy did it revive leftover cold chicken, soothe Asian spices, and invigorate sashimi+rice.  A cracker.  ABV: 14%.
