The Producers

All our wines are produced by independent growers who follow ancient farming practices, organic or biodynamic. Long-term soil health, biodiversity of flora & fauna are standard agricultural practices. They believe the wines should be the living expression of their terroir.

At harvest, that crucial moment of no return, this means handpicked, low yield, highly characterful grapes that sing the song of the season. In the cellar they are 'light touch'. They use indigenous yeasts on predominantly indigenous varietals with little or zero sulphites.

An exquisite balance of voluptuous fruit and freshness from herbal, mineral, or saline secondary flavours are present across the range. We have visited, ate, drank, and tasted all manner of wines with these farmers.  We relish their company.
