Aged for 15 months in barrels on fine lees and an additional 4 months in bottle, this wine reveals complex secondary notes of leather, pencil shavings, butterscotch, and the herbal essence of spring garrigue. With a longer oak maturation, the Grand Koudou offers a harmonious balance of power and grace.
