This is a complex stunning wine, full of florals and spice. Not overly tannic but great texture. Golden yellow on your eye, energetic in your mouth, positively bouncing with citric flavours. Tom brings back to life these ancient grapes – Muscat Petit Grain and Macabeu. Don’t fret over tomorrow’s headache either, at 10%, and totally organic, it’s a beautifully natural vino. ABV: 10%.
