If you can’t resist a powerful Pauillac or muscular Malbec, then try this. Olivier’s top dollar wine. Its appearance is brooding and dark. A nose full of concentrated blackberries, cassis, and plumbs. What follows is quintessential, gorgeous Syrah, that drying mouthfeel and tingle of pepper and spice. It’s a tribute to his father who first tended the vines. Now that’s motivation, or sessions on the shrink’s couch.  We can't wait for a beef stroganoff or pork belly.
