A Bourboulenc blend (with Roussanne, Grenache Gris, Macabeu) – all indigenous grapes to the region.  The vines run down to the sea – singeing the grapes with all that saline freshness.  Bourboulenc is not a shy grape, and the mineral balance from G/R/M produces a full and fresh glass of wine.  ABV: 13.5%.
