Flavour Pairing: Cheese plate, something sweet (apple, figs, quince) and a cracker.  

A totally organic wine that pops when you remove the cork. It's a deep red colour in the glass. Cloudy, slightly fizzy for the first glass until the energy dissipates. Then an abundance of damsons and plums, exquisitely balanced by a woody, damp forest floor flavour.  A delicious organic wine. ABV: 14%
