The Godfather of natural wine in Languedoc. Notoriously elusive. We tracked him down. Here's his orange. He's made some of France's most admired wines for 25 years and never landed in the Uk. Until now. This is his first orange wine, and the aroma erupts out of the glass. A fruity note, rather than the typical floral muscat. And spring citrus flavours balance a tad of acidity. Gorgeous. ABV: 9.5%.
