Calce is home to a tribe of fabulous winemakers - Pithon, Padie, Valet - the latest to be drawn to the rough terrain are Séverin & Mathilde. We rocked up at harvest. Ate pizza at the local van parked in the place. And then stayed for three hours captivated by their wines. Here's Makeba, a bit of fizziness, gooseberries galore, and full of that rocky mineral freshness. You will never settle for one glass ABV: 12%.
