Alain & Agnès collaborated with the legendary Tom Lubbe (Matassa) on this wine.  Here, Chenin offers a delightfully floral and refreshing – gooseberries, pears – iteration of the grape. The terroir is mineral-rich, and it shows in the invigorating taste and silky mouthfeel, an authentic expression of the Fenouillédes Valley.  The winemaking is 100% organic: manual harvesting, direct press, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged on lees in concrete, unfiltered, unfined. Delicious!  ABV: 12.0%
