Folio has an opulent, rich mouth feel, with flavours of pear, nuts & honey slowly revealing themselves.  An aftertaste of saline freshness, refreshes.  Strong character in wine is shaped by tough growing conditions – the Roussillon amphitheatre is at altitude, exposing the vines to strong sea winds on their steep, slippery schist.  The tasty rich fruit is testament to 100 years of survival.  ABV: 14%.
