Schooled at Coullioure's creative collective - Coume del Mas - with rockstar Léah Anglès, Manuel could not have made wine with a better bunch of winemakers. This is his second year at the helm. And Lazzer is an experiment. One grape, one barrel, one year. When we tasted, we burst out laughing. Silky, fresh, aromatic, nice tannins, balance. We loved it so much we insisted on an allocation. Only 900 bottles.  ABV: 13%.
